D Pharma course is a 2-year diploma-level course in the field of Pharmacy that trains students in various aspects of pharmaceutical science, including pharmacy practice, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, and pharmacognosy. SIPS offers D.Pharm with a seat capacity of 60 since 1982.

Qualifying Criteria for award of Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm):
- +2 Science examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Bioscience/Life- science) and/or Mathematics from C.H.S.E., Odisha or any examination equivalent to it, approved by PCI.
- Candidates must have passed individually in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, both in theory as well as practical.
- Admission conducted by DMET, Odisha and institute.
